With a background in just about everything, Susan (Sue) stood alongside her late husband, Terry, as he founded Ultimate Realty in 2012. Sue has always been a fixture in the company even before joining Ultimate Realty full time in late 2019. With over 25 years of experience in administration and analysis, Sue has led the company through several transformative phases and took ownership of Ultimate Realty in May of 2023, shortly before the passing of original founder, Terry Gerling. Under her leadership, Ultimate Realty will continue to grow successfully for many years to come.

LISA MILLER

BROKER

With 12 years of experience at Ultimate Realty, Lisa grew from Terry’s right hand person all the way through learning all aspects of the company from maintenance to operations. In 2023, Lisa became a licensed broker and became Ultimate Realty’s designated broker. Today, Lisa helps all aspects of the business and tends to most of the background bookkeeping and operations.




Maggie Colegrove

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

With a robust track record in operations management here at Ultimate Realty, Maggie oversees the company’s daily operations. Maggie has played a pivotal role in streamlining processes and increasing overall efficiency at Ultimate Realty since she joined in 2016.




CARL PETERSON

Head of Maintenance and Real Estate Agent

Since 2015, Carl has been instrumental in the maintenance department at our company, overseeing its efficiency and accuracy. With many years of experience, Carl is a valuable member to our maintenance team all while still working as a licensed agent to help buyers and sellers alike.

Company founded by Terry Gerling, with an initial focus on Property Management.

2013

Moved into our first official office.

2015

Expanded operations internally, moved offices.

2017

Expanded operations again and moved to our current location.

2023

With the loss of founder Terry Gerling, the business was handed over to Susan Gerling, his wife, to continue the family legacy.

2025

Continued development and growth to expand deeper into the real estate market as we move forward and look towards the future.

The company has continued its trajectory of rapid growth, constantly adapting to the ever-changing market landscape while maintaining its commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
